Path of Exile Payment Won t Go Past Continue

Hello GGG,

I've been trying to buy Deadly Renegade Pack for a couple days now with no success.
I've used 3 differents credits cards (different banks) with the same result.
Account Transaction List shows 'Payment Pending' 6 times now, i hope i wont get charged 6 times.

How can i cancel those 'Pending' stuff to reset the list, and any idea why my payments cant get through ?

I'm very sorry you are experiencing this issue.

The "Payment Pending" notifications on an account can be generated by something as simple as opening a checkout window without actually purchasing anything, and are an automated process that we are not in direct control of. These should be resolved automatically in the near future.

If you haven't yet been charged for the purchase, could you please try clearing your browser cookies and cache and restarting your web browser before trying to make your purchase again? This sometimes helps with issues occurring during checkout.

If you are still unable to complete your purchase I would also recommend trying with a different web browser (such as Microsoft Edge/Internet Explorer, Mozilla Firefox or Google Chrome), using a private/incognito session, and temporarily disabling any sort of pop-up blockers or browser extensions to see if this helps.

If this doesn't work, or if you've been charged for any packs that you have not received the contents of, please let us know and provide a screenshot of any error message you are receiving. You can send this through to our team at support@grindinggear.com so that we can look into it further with you.

did you check your spam folder ?

Did you whitelist support@grindinggear.com in your e-mail solution ?

Sounds like your e-mail is not getting to them / or their reply is not getting to you.

I'll try again from another PC, with a different browser and keep you updated.

Also i've double checked emails, nothing in spam folder either.

Ok tried from another PC, with a different internet provider and a different Web browser and it still didnt get through.

I have now a total of 7 'payment pending'.

If you are receiving an error message, the message might give you further instructions (such as instructions to contact the payment processor you are using or to contact your payment provider who may be blocking the purchase).

If this doesn't help, please email us a screenshot of any error message you have to support@grindinggear.com so that we can check into the issue further with you!

I'll just give up and hope no money is withdrawed from my accounts, shame that i cant support a game i like because of poor payments tools.

This is what Xsolla says about that error code;

This error may be triggered by several reasons and can be resolved by the following:

  • If you are using Paypal payment, that means you have removed Xsolla from pre-approved payments and no new payments can happen. Please contact us to refresh your billing agreement.
  • For other methods removing the tick on the box "save payment account" may resolve the issue.
  • This error may appear when your chosen payment method experiences technical issues such as maintenance. The error is usually temporary and will disappear upon refreshing the page or clearing your cache and cookies.

Based on what they've said, I wonder whether a browser extension or setting that interferes with third-party cookies and the like might be responsible. If you use anything along the lines of uBlock Origin, uMatrix, or NoScript, it could be worth disabling it (or trying an alternative web browser).
